These rules apply to all our passengers:

Payment and booking confirmation

Full payment is required at time of booking. Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation at the e-mail address indicated on the order form.

All airport pick-ups must be paid in advance for the booking to be valid, with a minimum of 48 hours prior, and 72 hours prior during high season (May through September).

Important Information About Luggage in Standard Taxis

Standard taxis allow a maximum of 4 medium-sized suitcases (66 x 44 x 26 cm).
Luggage cannot be placed on the seats or with the seats folded down to create extra space.

If you are traveling with more luggage, we recommend choosing a larger vehicle.

Golf bags, bicycles, baby strollers, wheelchairs, dogs with cages, walkers, etc. are only allowed in large vehicles. Everything must be properly packed or in a suitcase to be accepted.

Dogs must travel in their own cage in the boot. Small dogs can go inside the vehicle, provided they are in their own bag.

The customer must complete the booking form with the exact number of passengers and baggage, plus any special needs.

If there are more passengers than indicated, additional costs will apply.

Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited inside the vehicles.

Making more than one stop will incur additional charges. Each stop is limited to a maximum of 10 minutes.

Passengers are responsible for any damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle (such as
vomiting or food spills). A minimum charge of €100 will be applied in addition to the trip cost.,

Remember to take all your belongings with you when leaving the vehicle. We are not responsible for forgotten items.

If the driver needs to return or deliver a forgotten item, a 75% additional charge will apply based on the trip fare.

We have free child car seats, all in accordance with the Spanish traffic regulations. Most of them are facing forward, except the babies, who are rear-facing.

We do not guarantee their availability in case of unforeseen events (change of car, technical failures, etc.). We recommend bringing your own child seat.

This is a free and non-binding additional service.

Enter the arrival time provided by the airline.

One hour of waiting time is included from the moment the flight lands. After that, an additional charge of €50/hour will apply.

Enter the desired departure time from your accommodation. It is recommended to calculate at least 3-3.5 hours before the flight departure.

The customer is responsible for their travel time and to arrive on time. We assume no responsibility for unforeseen events or delays, especially in high season.

The driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name.

If you can’t find them, go to the tourist information point (right in the arrivals hall, next to the exit) and contact us:

If the customer does not find the driver and decides to leave the meeting point without cancelling the trip or calling the emergency number, the amount will not be refunded.

If the flight is delayed for more than 60 minutes, the customer must call the emergency line:

If the delay causes major operational changes on our side, the customer must adjust accordingly and/or seek
reimbursement from the airline responsible for the delay.

The refund policy in case of cancellation is as follows:

  • Up to 48 hours before departure: 50% refund.
  • Less than 48 hours: no refund.
  • Changes made up to 48 hours before departure will not incur in any additional costs.
  • Changes made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a €30 fee.

In case of double booking or if the customer does not show up, the amount paid will not be refunded.

 Regarding the vehicle fleet, cars may come in various colors (white, black, gray, blue, etc.). Taxis are white, while the business fleet vehicles can be black, white, blue, or gray, among others.

All these vehicles are officially authorized and have blue license plates on the rear, which means
they are legal and authorized vehicles.

If the car has blue plates on the back, you can confidently get in.
